Ordering

I placed an order now what?

First of all, thank you! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. When your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.

Will my book be signed?

Many products in the shop have the option to be signed—please make sure you select Signed on the product page if you would like your item signed. Please note not all items are signed by default, so make sure you select the Signed option and double-check before you checkout!

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it—email us ASAP via our contact page with your order number. Once it's in transit, it’s too late to cancel.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Totally get it. You can reach us any time via the Contact page, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible—usually within 2–3 business days.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary, but most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location. International orders may take longer depending on customs.

What is the shipping policy?

Orders are shipped via tracked services to ensure they arrive safely. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You can review our full Shipping Policy here.

Refunds & Returns

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of signed and personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged or incorrect. Please reach out if there’s an issue—we want you to love your order as much as we do!

What if my products arrive damaged?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s), your order number, and a description of the issue. We’ll advise on next steps from there!

My item is delayed! What do I do?

If your order is taking longer than expected, check your tracking number first. Still concerned? Reach out via the contact form and we’ll help investigate.
